OJTI and Assessor

This course is designed to prepare qualified ATSEPs with theoretical training to take on the crucial roles of On-the-Job Training (OJT) Instructor and Competence Assessor. The course covers various topics, from learning theory and human factors to competence assessment, compliance with regulations, and practical exercises. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively instruct, assess, and enhance the competence of their colleagues and students in the operational environment
